Not sure if your BPP rendition was filed, or where to check? Find your county's appraisal district portal, confirm your deadline, and see exactly what you need before you file.
Every Texas business that owns tangible personal property used to produce income — equipment, inventory, furniture, machinery — is required to file a rendition with the county appraisal district each year. Use the lookup below to find your specific county's filing portal, deadline, and requirements, or jump to the full county table.
Your Business Personal Property rendition is filed with your county appraisal district, not the state. Each Texas appraisal district maintains its own online portal where you can check whether a rendition has been received for your account, using your business name or property account number. The statewide filing deadline is April 15, unless your county grants an extension.
Important: Missing your rendition deadline can result in a penalty of 10% of the tax due on the property, and failing to render at all can result in the appraisal district estimating your value, which is often higher than your actual asset value would support.
Select your county to see its appraisal district's rendition portal, deadline, and filing method.

Get a Free Assessment ReviewBrandon and his team have proven they can perform with any product type we give them,
from industrial and office property to single and multi-family residential.
At a critical time when a property was in lease-up, we were faced with an unreasonable and unjustified assessment.
Brandon’s tenacity and responsiveness resulted in a fair assessment and the largest value change I've seen in my career.
Outstanding!! These guys are pros - they are great at what they do and great to work with.
